Our white-glove service takes care of everything — the walkthrough, the install, the monitoring and the yearly test. You approve it once, and we handle the rest.
Everything it takes to keep water off the floor, done by us and quoted as one thing.
Step one
We pull the floorplans and the unit count, and come back with a price. A few questions, and nothing to install to find out.
Free either way, and nobody has to be on site for it.
Step two
We use them to map where water would actually arrive — kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, mechanical rooms and risers.
You see the sensor plan before anyone drills, books a suite, or signs anything.
If we miss something, that is on us. On install day our technicians add whatever hardware it takes, at no cost to you.
Step three
Our technician places the sensors and one hub. Fifteen minutes a suite, no permit and no trades for you to book.
From that day every sensor checks in around the clock, through concrete, from every suite in the building. An operator confirms anything it finds, calls you, and a Drip technician reaches a person who can act on it.
Drip protects always. When there is a leak we are on it — our team is on call around the clock, an operator confirms what the sensor found, and we notify both you and your resident. ⚠ Sending someone to the building is quoted separately.
Three sensors reporting, nothing open. Most days look exactly like this.
Water at the dishwasher. An operator has confirmed it and is already working down your contact list.
Most days there is nothing to do. You see the whole building, residents and guests see their own suite, and nobody has to watch it — that is our job.
Leak detection made simple.
